I haven't listened to them in a while but I remember liking Irae Melanox a lot. On the other hand, Broken History left me indifferent (I didn't listen to it much though...did I give up too fast?)

i haven't heard 'broken history', i've read mixed reviews though. 'irae melanox' is superb, they combine the EPIC flair and complexity of say arch-era fates warning with an understated brooding baroque theatricality, and just the right amount of sugar. anyone who likes anything from maiden to FW to crimson glory to mercyful fate to dark moor (in other words anyone who likes metal) should adore it.

ras algethi are really fucking good too btw, really dreamy and ethereal

i've heard the name arcane sun being thrown around for years, should prob check them out

Arcane Sun is really good. They're probably more known than most of the bands in this thread.

Yeah, I dig Ras Algethi, and Arcane Sun kills too...insanely fucking somber.

Bizarre Embalming (AWESOME Czech deathgrind...where did they go?!)
Dirt (Rus) (incredibly good gore/pornogrind with eclectic influences)
Amboog-A-Lard (great positive thrash/groove metal...Star Wars!!)
Mordor (Che) (REALLY fucking evil shit)
Psilocybe Larvae (stalwart Russian melodic death/black no one has heard)
Fractal Point (amazing tech death)
Stielas Storhett (great Norwegian-via-Russia BM)
