I have to say mine is The Leper Affinity, because it comes off sounding so old-school and raw on there, its very good, lots of punch. Second I'd have to say is Ending Credits coz of the damn tone he gets on that guitar. It's SO CAMEL.

How about you all?

My favourite song from the pussy set is Hope Leaves OR To Rid The Disease, and from the manly set, The Leper Affinity OR The Drapery Falls OR Deliverance.

From what i've heard so far i'd say Windowpane. That's the only full song i've heard on there though :p
I've had it since yesterday morning, but i want to wait until the right moment to sit down and watch through the whole thing. I was gonna do it last night but i was too tired, so i watched the documentary instead. Hopefully tonight can be the night.

Yeah I'd go with Closure because it's the only drastically different one - a brilliant version of it. I kinda wish they'd done it like that on the album but then it probably wouldn't seem as good.

Was reffering to Ending Credits sounding like Camel, and cmon, you can't fault me there, Mike himself even says its a rip.

Closure and Harvest were great vocal pieces on the gig. I think Mikael's voice shone best on those two tracks, and Per's high range backing vocals in Harvest actually sounded alright.

Windowpane/Hope Leaves - Masters Apprentice/Leper Affinity

for some reason I don't find Deliverance to be in their Top 3 heaviest songs like Mikael said.

Closure fucking blew me away, I LOVED that extended middle section. Kinda (OK, only a tiny bit) reminiscent of their noodlings in Under the Weeping Moon.

Also, Ending Credits was fucking awesome, the tone the guitar has is just brilliant. And I agree: The Leper Affinity was probably the best of the heavier section.

Long live Opeth!!!!

(I hope they play the extended version of Closure in Australia)

Fuck! W H A T a fucking gig. Yeah..hmm

Ending Credits or In My Time Of Need for the mellow set...Master's Apprentices and The Drapery Falls for the heavy one. But it all kicked ass.

After seeing the entire DVD all the way through last night, i can finally make a proper decision.
I think the best songs on there were the ones from Blackwater Park. In the mellow set, Harvest was definitely my favourite! In the heavey set i think probably The Drapery Falls was the best, or Leper Affinity. A Fair Judgement was also awesome!
One thing the DVD has done is give me more of an appreciation of Damnation.

I didn't really like A Fair Judgement and Damnation sounds much better from the cd. Still, it's nice to see the men in action.
