....if you can remember that far, that is!
My very first exposure to the rock world occured when i was 6 years old. I was in the car with my father, and he had his talk radio on as usual, but i decided to just mess around with the radio a little. And eventually, I came to a station playing a song that just put me in a trance. I was mesmorized by what these frail 6 year old ears were experiancing. The fret burning craziness of the guitar, the beauty and substance of the guitarwork, the solid rhythm, all of it just hypnotized me into another world. And this song was "Cliffs Of Dover" by Eric Johnson. This was a hit song back in 1991, and can now be heard in classic rock radio from tiime to time. If you haven't heard this song, you're missing magic. It's still one of my favorite songs of all time, not just for sentimental reasons, but also because the song just rules ass.
..........Of course a year later, i got into Rap. BUT i got into rock and metal officially when i was 13.
