i like them. yeah they hardly know how to play their instruments but so did the ramones. i think this garage sound is ten times better than the nu metal crap anyways.

i dont think theres much new with white stripes or strokes or the bands like them. Listen to Velvet Underground or Television and they all sound same to me.

i didn't think i would say this, but there was this white stripes album on in a friends room of mine and i thought it really rocked. it was long time since i heard something like that, i don't know much about the hype though. and not much new.... oh well. i think thats what every generation says about the bands of every generation right.

i didnt mean that i dont like their songs, i like most of their songs but i dont think they are the saviours of rock, they are just a bunch of guys who can write good songs and velvet underground and television are not the bands of my generation, i am only 21
