Good for you brutha man! I can tell you what it took for my Mom/Uncle to quit smoking (they were hard core, one after the other and smoking for like 20 years etc.). It took almost croaking! Each ended up in the hospital with respitory issues and both went cold turkey once they were told do it or die (literally). Mom still suffers from COPD but now but she is WAY better than she used to be, and no more hacking thank God! ugh. Hope you keep with it, for your own sake! \m/
