Here are 10 great albums from various genres that you should own. Cos they f**king rule.

1. Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia - Dimmu Borgir: Just buy it for f**ks sake!

2. Babylon - Ten: Genius melodic rock in the vein of 80s Bon Jovi. Fantastic vocals and fab guitar work. The Name Of The Rose is also a brilliant album, so if Babylon isnt there, get that.

3.To Hell And Back - Sinergy: Brilliant metal, female vocalist, very catchy songs that nearly everyone will love and mind bogglingly great guitar work

4. Book Of Shadows - Zakk Wylde: Zakk in acoustic mode, and its really, really great. If you like acoustic Bruce Springsteen and stuff like that, you will love this.

5. Waking The Fury - Annihilator: Thrash! Cross Megadeth and Slayer and you get these guys, Jeff Waters is such an underrated guitarist/songwriter.

6. Horror Wrestling - Drain STH: This is a band of 4 women from Sweden. Yes, they are hot, but that doesnt matter, because much more importantly, they rock! Its really heavy, sort of Alice In Chains, but heavier, and add a bit of Pantera. Great stuff. They broke up though

7. Dragons Kiss - Marty Friedman: Instrumental album from before he joined Megadeth, and the guitar solo stuff on here is better than anything he did with deth, its fantastic Its heavy metal all the way, Maybe Coops has heard it and can second my recommendation, Dragon Mistress rocks, and the rest are great too...

8. The Better Life - 3 Doors Down: Very much like Creed in that pretty much the whole album is strong, not just the singles, its great hard rock and well worth buying!

Collect them all!

I have the Sinergy one (Spawn wouldn't have bought it if I hadn't mentioned them here a while back) and the Babylon one sounds interesting. Everything else= meh .
