A.K.A Sweeping. Arpeggios are just chords breaked up played sweeping style, I believe. But on pianos/keyboards its just playing arpeggios, breaking up chords playing the notes seperated.

I realize CoB did not give him permission and he was in fact stealing a sample of their song but was an agreement worked out?
