if CoB would start as now days band people would look at them and pass to the next song next band, but CoB started as the old great CoB and thats what annoys me about all of this

Yes, the band has definitely taken a less complex approach to their most recent album(s). After seeing CoB live more times then I can count (and coming up at Ankkarock) I can say that I believe Alexi's skill has decreased. If it hasn't then I believe his heart isn't in it as much as say... 6 years ago. Just watch the Nosturi gig on Youtube (or where ever) you can hear and see his mistakes and clearly the energy that is missing from previous gigs you can find on the internet from even 2 years before hand.
Maybe he is getting burnt out from all the USA touring? That is a lot of travelling and a lot of gigs over the last 3 years.

The sound has changed for each album, but they are all enjoyable, and I think it works good live when they mix old and new songs aswell. No, it will not. Because all the little fannibaws like to argue with everyone and say that Alexi really is the best guitarist in the world and that drinking and smoking more just makes him more of a bad ass rock star than he already is. Maybe I am being arigant when I say this, but I am pretty much seing a downhill slope for Bodom. Involving lots of tight pants, razor blades, and as well as the emo cunts. It dusgusts me to see such a great band fall into the hands of the mainstream. Alexi is already to the point of being so smashed that he is bi-curious. Not to mention Bodom AND Slayer being sponsored by Hot Topic. That is another great band that has fallen into the mainstream.
I think Bodom should finish up the Unholy Alliance Tour, then take a hard look at themselves in the mirror. They need to sort some shit out. They need to listen to their old recordings and find out why their older fans have already left them for their "new sound". Alexi need to realize why he quit school all those years ago. They need to find the element that was driving their older fans away in the first place. And last, but not least, COB needs to lay off of the heavy drugs.
