Allow me to float Into Eternity's boat here...

METAL... nuff said!
...and blatantly rave about their show last night.

I've never been drenched by other fans' sweat at a concert. That was one good ol' fashioned headbanging good time! Hellafuckinwickedawesome! Hotter than hell, and definitely stinking of fowking fury! They were, unfortunately, the opening band, but they came out and whupped this small and dedicated pocket of Detroit fans! Efficiently kickass. And their new singer is PHENOMENAL!!! Wow am I glad to see that he's part of the band! Apparently, he's known the band for 4 years and has always loved their sound, and when the chance came to join them, he absolutely loved the opportunity. And it's most certainly a good thing. They said he was feeling kinda sick last night, but his performance fooled me! My friend Amanda was digging her nails into my shoulder cuz she was simultaneously fearing for her life AND wetting her panties over these guys! Tim's guitar strap popped the hell offa his guitar mid-song, but he quickly salvaged everything and kept on riffing. That was kinda funny, in a way, cuz man, you gotta be good to not fuck up completely when something that awkward happens. And then they had to end the show, and like waking up from a lucid dream, it was all over. They said they're jumping onto the Edguy/Hammerfall tour, and then they'll tour with Stratovarius later in the year. I told them to remember my face, they'll see me at both those tours!

Now if only their website worked so I could see if their next tours will bring them back close to Detroit....

Everyone. Drop what you're doing, and go see Into Eternity. You won't regret it! I wish I coulda got a big bubble so my brother coulda came to this show... fuckin cancer.... if there's even the slightest smidgeon of a chance my band could open for these guys, it'd be a higher honor than meeting the Queen of England!

allow me to rave that the show here in Cleveland on Tuesday was SOLD OUT!

...and my dumb ass waited until right before the show to try and buy a ticket. shit. I should have learned my lesson with metal shows in Chicago.

I was there at the show, what a blast! Honestly I didn't catch much of Incantation, but Krisiun was fucking phenomenal! Hate Eternal is always good live. Into Eternity had some sound issues in the beginning but they still kicked major amounts of ass. Because of some bulshit going on the show had to be over by 11ish (didn't stay till the end of HE's set), so all of the bands got their sets cut short. Into Eternity, as well as the other 2 openers had only TWENTY MINUTES (Even though the idiots from Jungle Rot exceeded their limit). Incantation had 30ish, Krisiun 40ish and Hate Eternal about an hour or so. Still, it was a heck of a good show!

I wish IE would come back to a better planned show. Like a weekend show. Ya know? I can't remember the last time Detroit got a good band in here and wasn't a weekday so it fucked up my morning at work. Can't Detroit ROCK City get a good Saturday night show?

I'm still waiting to see if the Stratovarius tour gets a Detroit date. If it does, somebody throw a fuckin brick through my window and wake me to go get tickets.

*Grabs a brick and throws at Bryan's car's window.*
*Grabs all of his cds that he left on the passenger seat, inside the cd case*
*Leaves a message to Bryan. "Get your fucking tickets. Thanks for the cds!"*
*Leaves silently while Bryan is still asleep....inside the car*

Has anyone been sticking around to see Incantation, Krisiun, and Hate Eternal? I missed this tour in NYC because I had alot going on.

I second that... I missed the show, and I had never heard Hate Eternal before. I saw their brand new video for "I, Monarch" a couple nights ago on Metal Asylum, and it was pretty killer... does anyone have any comments on their live show?

As for Krisiun, they always tear it up live. \m/ And Incantation were awesome the one time I saw them as well (supporting Nile).
