^Well, I know what CHAV is, um, that Ghost of Bodom guy's girlfriend told me about that shit a long time ago, it's Council Housed and Violent, which is basically like the welfare, white trash wiggers/my pals here. Every country has that shit man, if not then they have some other significant problem. You can't escape it. No where is perfect to live, unless you are rich as fuck in the top 5%.

Yeah but the difference is that in this country that whole violent lifestyle has become glorified, it's considered "normal" by many teenagers to wear tracksuits, listen to gangsta-rap and go around intimidating/shooting/stabbing anyone who is different (ie: anyone who doesn't wear tracksuits, listen to gangsta-rap and beat people up). Basically, for the current and next generations, criminality has become "cool".
Right. But some countries *cough* Norway *cough* have a really high standard of living. So the government really takes care of their low-class people, thus reducing the crime and violence that are much more abundant in other countries.
Countries like that (like New Zealand too) have other problems, for example the very high suiciderate in Norway in NZ.
Yeah but I don't plan on killing myself any time soon so Norway would be awesome to live in
Seriously though, those Scandinavian countries have got it right really. Their political systems are a lot better (people don't generally vote based on religion ect ect), their standard of living is much higher. And yeah they do have much, much higher taxes, but the difference is, most of that tax money actually does go back to the people.
I thought at first you said they kill themselves because of the high taxes... I read "yeah, I see their high taxes the same way. I think the suicide rate might have something to do with"yeah, I see their high taxes the same way. I think the suicide rate might have something to do with the weather. some people get severely depressed when they're not exposed to the sunlight much. studies have shown that on gloomy days, people tend to feel more lethargic and sad.
Am I the only insane who loves his country and wants to live in it?

Meh, I live in England, weather can't get much worse
Am I the only insane who loves his country and wants to live in it?
Oh, don't get me wrong...I love my country (at least what it stands for at its core, not the current administration and their lobbyist cronies.)
