btw, do you use modular design (like having a "tube" and "eq" modules and then doing a "circuitboard"?) in your plugins or do you recode them each time?

I have a huge library of different components(almost 3000) I and others have built. Some amps like the Preampus line contain new components not before used, and some like DIG 2.5 have existing components that have been updated. For example our 12AX7 model in DIG 2.0 did not allow for a proper BIAS adjustment, that was updated and added to DIG 2.5..

So I don't always re-code, but every development is different in many ways. Placement of components, number of components, type of components, etc all makeup differences between designs..
