Angel Of Retribution.

I really like all the songs on that album (yes, even Loch Ness! lol), I think it's crackin' - but I have to agree and say "Worth fighting for" is defo my fave...then "Wheels of Fire" I think, although he does sound a bit camp on that one! "Angel" has been known to bring a tear to my eye, when I'm in that kind of mood

You like Lochness?   Oh well, someone has to I suppose! I'm sorry, but I just can't take that song seriously! :loco: :err:

Lochness is a very well crafted piece of music in my opinion, im not saying id wanna stand there while they played it live, but it is something different and thats never a bad thing, especially from teh Priest!!!

From the interviews etc. i had read they pretty much knew they were gonna get flak for that tune, but they went ahead and put it on the album anyway! Next i think they should release it as a single :D lol

I wouldn't mind 'Lochness' being in the live setlist. It would be an ideal time to have a slash without missing any good songs!

:D yeah go for a slash and get another pint! and you will still not miss the next song!

More like; Go for a slash, order a pint, drink said pint, go get something to eat, eat said 'luxury meal', order another pint, drink said pint, have another slash, muscle your way back down the front, listen to the last five minutes of Lochness!

"I know, it's only rock 'n' roll, but I like it, like it, yes I do!" :headbang:

Yeah, and i presume that the chef was in no rush to cook 'said luxury meal'

lol

He was in no rush at all mate! In fact, he too had two pints and two slashes (hopefully washing his hands!) before cooking my 'luxury meal'. And don't doubt I would get half a ton of grease from said luxury meal all down my top!

I don't care for Lochness that much at all either but the rest of the record kicks ass.

I was VERY happy to see them do Worth Fighting For a few weeks back and to hear them pull out Solar Angels again after all these years was great too.

I would of loved them to play the current setlist when i saw them! From the bootlegs ive heard, Solar Angels, Worth Fighting For and Desert Plains sounded great, in fact its a shame they wont also be on the new DVD, they only changed the setlist when the US leg of the tour began (as far as im aware anyway) Where did you see them by the way Golden Goose ?

Cheers for that valanx. I was going to ask you if you knew when the new dvd was coming out! I will definitely be getting that.

Not a problem mate, i guessed that if you did'nt already know about it then you would want to!

By the way valanx, I like the quote below your name! After recent events, I suppose you could also have said 'Nonsense is no excuse'.

Hehe, indeed!!!

According to that link, 'Worth Fighting For' is on the dvd, so that is great. It is a shame that 'Desert Plains' didn't make it though.

I certainly did want to know mate!

I miss them in Atlantic City but I had the opportunity to see them at the PNC Arena and then in Camden. Two incredible shows... I will never forget them.
