Words cant even descibe what it was like being there. I like to imagine that bitch was escorted the fuck out of there by police and security because if the fans were to catch her they would have tore her to pieces like a small cat in a pack of wild pit bulls.

I go for ATL.

How come that there´s no Overkill on the poll? Under The Influence or The Years Of Decay should be mentioned. And they have released the best thrash records of 2003-2010.
 
Okay, I just have to ask: You honestly don't think that it was somewhat Dickinson's fault what happened at Ozzfest?

I'm not defending Sharon Osbourne AT ALL, I don't like her, but do you really think that it's OK for Bruce Dickinson to talk trash about Ozzy every night ON HIS TOUR and get away with it?

Once again I'm not saying that it was the right way to deal with Bruce, because they should NEVER EVER sabotage someone's performance at the fans cost, but if Steve Harris really apologized to Ozzy about Dickinson's behaviour then Bruce can't be completely innocent.

Feel the Fire was a kickass album too. But I agree, Blitz's voice hasn't changed a bit and Overkill live is still amazing. Immortalis is my favorite new thrash album.
 
I have a copy of Immortalis, but haven't given it much of a chance at all yet. You guys have inspired me to play it right now.

For one please show me a clip of him talking trash on Ozzy. Dickinson has always been down on corporate america. The only thing he said was you would never see Maiden on a reality show. And that obviously pissed of $haron as that is her claim to fame. But Dickinson has been saying that same thing for the past decade.

The fact is that this may have been "ozzy's tour" but it is not as if Maiden wanted or needed to do it. They could do their own headlining tours in the same sized venues. Maiden only did it because they got paid a grip as they were the big draw of the entire tour. So it made $haron a bunch of money to have Maiden on the tour.

If $haron really disliked what he was saying about reality shows maybe she should have just kicked them off the tour from the first night. But noooo that would have lost her a ton of $$$ and would have been the classy thing to do. She is a piece of shit Cunt. If you were not there you couldn't possibly understand the situation

Sadly I've never seen them, they've never come to Adelaide.

But a mate of mine flew to Melbourne last year to see them and was EXTREMELY disappointed with that show. He said they just went through the motions, a far cry from their other shows according to him. Might have just been an off night.

I'm dead keen to see them one day if they ever get back here.....

Testament is awesome live. I have seen them many times. They have a really good sound. Heavy crunchy guitars, pure thrash metal at its finest. They weren't that great the last time I saw them with slayer and megadeth but it was because they started too early and nobody was there yet. i think they just kind of went through the motions. chuck billy is getting really huge again and isn't moving around much lol. but testament is always a great live band for sure. But to say they own slayer live is rediculous

Dont think this album always gets the credit it deserves. Everyone always talks about how great the other albums are but never hear much about Show No Mercy.
