Best In Flames Vocal Lines....

''Raping the statue of liberty'' from Jotun

''fueled these new shores burn
dark past lies cold
shadow, my sweet shadow'' from My Sweet Shadow

the last chorus of Eraser
Delete the past, the fear
Delete the past, every step is pure
Delete the past from here, forward
Delete the past, every step is pure

and finally from Tilt (awesome riff aswell)
Hopes and prayers in pursuit of salvation,
Take a short cut, it all depends on the cost.
But as far as I remember,
There is nothing that will get back the days you lost.

After the reverse acoustic solo on Jester Script Transfigured when he suddenly goes

COOOOOOLLLLD CEREMONIAL PERFECTIIIOOOOON....

Well sir you have great taste....because "gather the faithful and propose a toast to the epoch of indifference" is the greatest lyrical line of any band I've heard to date. And the way Anders delivers it makes it that much better. Such great lyrics back in the day....

"Gather the faithful and propose a toast
To the epoch of indifference"

"And when I wake up
I imagine being crushed by one
imagining it's weight it's silence
and the absence of excuses for a havoced life
and the priviledge of a 22-kilometer tombstone"

"Buds Abloom in all directions" Never has Anders sounded as brutal and as pissed off as on that line.

I'd also like to draw attention to the vocal in the middle of the Lord Hypnos breakdown, I have no idea what Anders says, but it's said once and then echoed shortly after at a lower pitch. Shit sounds excellent.

"This Part I Control"- Dead Eternity

and a slightly more controversial one:

"I'll rise, I'll rise, I'LL RISE"- Dawn of a New Day.

Overall though, my absolute favourite is on the Hammersmith performance of My Sweet Shadow, end of the second verse Anders builds up:

"...a path to hide, All Anger, I FOUND..." just the gradual build and then the explosion as the prechorus kicks in makes me tighten my gut every time I watch it, the performance is just intense, Anders works some old school low growls in there for good measure as well!

Regarding the My Sweet Shadow performance at Hammersmith..Yeah it's SICK!
He does an awesome 5~ sec really low growl in the end of the song which is just..speechless.

Their dead-smile lips turn on their TV
while urban gravestones scrape the skies
Rising over marionette cities and marionette skies

I love how Anders does this part when they do Episode 666 live.
