What's more metal than fast cars!? Other than boobs and metal itself, and maybe drugs and maybe... shut it.

Kyuss
Slayer
Blut Aus Nord
Machine Head

That's it for now, my chicken strips are done.

Oh man I just got a great idea, I'm going to go drive around really fast while listening to

and also buy some smokes in the process.

I'd say 99% of what I have heard, yes. Only Blut Aus Nord makes EXCELLENT fast driving music, something I found out while flying through hills in the middle of nowhere some months ago. I thought the Blair Witch was going to jump out in the middle of the road!

Oh yeah, here's a picture of 103+ mph while listening to Supertramp:

PS: I got some smokes too, and one of those truth.com commercials is on right now. FAAAAAAAAAAAAGS!

It was a little more difficult than I originally thought, and I would've gone faster but there was a stop sign coming up. :D

i like a good Van Halen compilation ... and a good Exodus one ...

Black Metal really sucks in the car ...

Metal Thrashing Mad

Racing down the road
In a street machine of steel
Gears are jammed in full
I'm the madman at the wheel

Got my foot pinned to the floor
You can feel the engine roar
I got thunder in my hands
I'm metal thrashing mad

Driving like a maniac
Can't go any faster
Burning up the road
Headed for disaster

THRASH! Black metal such as Ondskapt or maybe Shining sucks as fast-driving music because at every turn you think "maybe I should just go straight ahead" and that's not always clever

About 2 hours ago, while listening to Dredg. Would've gone faster but the car in front of me was only going 90mph. Dick.

Megadeth - 502

Pull over, shithead, this is the cops

Full tanks, pocket lined with cash
Full throttle, gonna rip some ass
Drive all day, and through the night
Romance the road, winding left to right

The stars above guide me, the moonlight is free
A feeling inside me, and the whole world to see

Driving fast makes me feel good
The speed of light trapped under my hood
Breaking laws, 'cause there's nothing to do
Driving the interstate, stopped for a 502

Hundreds of miles rolled of today
Sings lose their meaning, minutes tick away
Dirt roads to interstates, I must have drove them all
Cigarettes and burgers, caffeine and alcohol

Drive until daybreak, always on the go
Life on the freeway, night shift till dawn patrol

Driving fast makes me feel good
The speed of light trapped under my hood
Breaking laws, 'cause there's nothing to do
Driving the interstate, stopped for a 502

Stopped for a 502, next time it's gonna be you
Stars above guide me
This feeling inside me
I drive until daybreak
Life on the freeway is hell
I'm coming through

Matthew is correct; that is the single greatest driving song EVER. Close behind is W.A.S.P.'s "Hellion." THE GODS YOU WORSHIP ARE STEEL! ON THE ALTAR OF ROCK AND ROLL YOU KNEEL!

Songs/bands/albums that are also good:
"Agent Orange," Sodom
Sabbat's History of A Time To Come album
"On Your Knees," "Show No Mercy," "Mean Man," "I Don't Need No Doctor," "Animal (Fuck Like A Beast)," "Heretic (The Lost Child)," and "Ballcrusher," all by W.A.S.P.
"Steel Tormentor," Helloween
Anything by Motörhead, particularly "No Sleep Till Hammersmith"
"Of Fire," Dismember
"Whirlwind," Running Wild
Torture Squad's Pandemonium album, which makes you the most aggressive driver ever. I put it on in my friend's car, and he started driving like Speed Racer with a case of roid rage. It was awesome.
Anthrax's Fistful of Metal and Armed And Dangerous, especially the aforementioned "Metal Thrashing Mad."
Shitloads of Judas Priest - "Ram It Down," "Exciter," all of Painkiller, "Let Us Prey," and of course "Freewheel Burning," among others.
And finally, Slayer's "Angel of Death."

Yep, good ones - I agree with all of Painkiller, "Freewheel Burning", and of course, Megadeth's "502". I mean, that is the anthem of driving isn't it?

And of course....Motorhead's "Ace of Spades". That song injects mass doses of adrenalin into ANYTHING you're doing. You can be ironing a shirt with that track on, and the next thing you know, you're a crazed lunatic wanting to lick the hot iron with devil horns in the air... :loco:
