I'd have to go with For Absent Friends, closely followed by A Fair Judgement and Deliverance.

Simply a beautiful song, awesome tone, real serene, etc, but the rest of the album is amazing too.

Master's Apprentices followed by Deliverance. A Fair Judgement kicks ass on the DVD though,I just don't think it works in the middle of the album. I don't really listen to it that much.
