I just don't get how some people can say they like it better than the Jester Race.

I'm the last person who'd take moldy death metal over catchy alt-metal, not that TJR is moldy, quite the contrary, but I just don't get how the sheer amazing melodies and laid-back folksy guitars of that album are less pleasing than some synth garbage and badly sung choruses.
