English title is "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" published 1982

German title is "Die unerträgliche Leichtigkeit des Seins"

If you like fantasy with a twist of humor i would strongly recommend Terry Pratchett's "Discworld" series.

"The Sphere", "Jurassic Park", "The Lost World", and "Timeline" by Michael Crichton.

I've read some Pratchett but I don't seem to like it as much as everybody else does.....
Next up I'm going to read a brief biography about Astrid Lindgren.

I bought the book "the black leader - westfalia" it tells you where to find the places of old sagas & tales from my area. Quite interesting.

NR: "JGTHM. Juhr gait tu Hewi Mettäl. Heavy Metal: Bands, Fakten, Hintergründe. Eine ernsthafte Satire." by Till Burgwächter.

It's a satire upon Metal, luckily written by a Metal fan. Just got it yesterday and I already started reading. Entertaining

alrighty.....these threads are repeating themselves and I decided to ask in here.........what's that book about (other than runes, I mean) resp. what kind of book is it?

It's all about the runes, the meaning of...
The runes excist of a light outer form and a dark inner demension, this book is about the inner secrets

so it's more of a non-fiction book than a novel or anything like that. (soundtrack is Therion's "The secret of the runes" then, I reckon? )
