classica production quality?

i just bought classica from the end, and production on my copy seems to be a bit shoddy. on cold blue steel, when they play some of the palm-muted power chords, it sounds like my headphones' speakers are blowing out. i know it isn't a problem with the headphones though, cuz the volume is at a decent (not loud) level, and they are sennheisers. plus most of my mp3's in 192kbps sound great still.

has anyone else experienced this? maybe i just have a bad copy or something? i hate when good music is crippled by bad sound quality!!

That is really strange, I haven't had any problems with my CD... Try downloading the 2 songs from mp3.com and compare them with the ones on your CD to see if you get the fuzz on them as well.

yeah i dunno...the mp3 sounded a bit less fuzzy on those parts, but it could've been because it was softer. who knows. anyway, the fuzziness only seems to be on a few tracks, so oh well. my starving bambina still sounds awesome!

are you listening to your mp3's through your headphones as well?

i have no problems at all with the cd....maybe you have a loose connection or somethin
