By balls, are you meaning like the low-mids? I'll look into it. I'm mixing on HS-50s in a bad enviroment so the lows/low-mids just scare the shit out of me. I can see how on these type (single note double tracked rythyms) come off a bit undergained. There's not very much of that on the album, most of the rythyms are quad-tracked with power chords so those sound pretty fat. But I'll definitly keep that in mind, next time i'm down there.
