You’re Nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!D.H.I.A.D.W. Is an awesome cd.It was to me what Van Halen,s first album was to me when I was 14 years old, It has power and great song writing, Including (believe in nothing). That was a song that was thought up by W.D. on guitar on an inspired evening. And probably the closest song ever written by the band that could have gotten them some much deserved airplay some place on this musically retarded planet. And for those of you who think that inside four walls sucks, You would probably listen a little differently to the song if you knew the guy it was written about. A totally normal metal guy like all of us, who was and is a good friend of N.M. and alot of other people, Got busted with pot and got ten years in a Montana prison. For doing what most of us have done..I have been more messed up on legal tequila...Disscuss.............................o_O

What are you, Wally's scrotal masseuse? Don't feel the need to defend everything Nevermoe has made. If you like it, fine, that's all well and good. They're big boys, they can handle a little criticism.

Edit: I was going to fix the Nevermoe reference, then decided not to.

yeah I love 'D.H.I.A.D.W' I never understood all the hate towards that album.

summer of 2001 when I traveled Europe with a backpack, (for over 8 months mind you) that was my favorite CD to listen to when I was on the endless trains in Europe
going from one place to another, and every time I listen to this CD it reminds of of that great trip.
so yeah. I love it.

But did it say, "On a mountain of skulls, in the castle of pain, I sat on a throne of blood! What was will be! What is will be no more! Now is the season of evil!"

I was thinking about making a thread like this yesterday, haha!

"Dead Heart in a Dead World" is a great album. Aside from the first few tracks that chug on the low 7th string.

"Narcosynthesis" — meh
"We Disintegrate" — meh
"Inside Four Walls" — worst nevermore song
"Evolution 169" — great chorus
"The River Dragon Has Come" — love it or hate it, it is a NM classic
"The Heart Collector" — Fucking Brilliant Classic! My favourite NM tune.
"Engines of Hate" — Badass!
"The Sound of Silence" — Great job with what they did with this "cover"
"Insignificant" — Absolutely love it!
"Believe in Nothing" — Beautiful
"Dead Heart in a Dead World" — Sweet Riffage, although Warrel falls a little short on this track

Not to mention the production/overall sound is amazing thanks to Sneap.
