Dead Can Dance

Yeah but come on, we're not still judging music based on how metal it is. That's so 1998. Let's transcend the metal borders and just look at it all as plain ol' music!

DCD is an amazing band. I saw them at Radio City Music hall about 2 years ago, and i was just flabbergasted pretty much the whole time. I love the guy's voice, and the chick is good too when it's not just a solo piece by her

she also did the Gladiator sound track if I remember correctly.

DCD is awesome fucking music (literally)

yeah, if you want sleepy bedtime music

I hate this kind of stereotypical characterizations about some kinds of music.
Heavy metal: "Nothing wrong with listening to it drinking beers and having fun, you should do that from time to time". Like its only worth begins and ends with the amount of beer in the bottle...
Heavy "so called stoner by homos" rock: "Summer fun music to smoke some weed to and see yourself diving into the sun".

In other news Lisa Gerrard will give a show here in November so i am more than happy about that.

...and that is wrong, how? :loco:

Just came back from a Lisa Gerrard show here. Probably the most perfect live i have ever seen and will ever see (unless. P.W. reunite). Her voice was so unbearably beautiful that i felt like i'm getting a stroke with her performance in "Sacrifice" and "The Host Of Seraphim", among others.

I really enjoy Dead Can Dance but I'm merely a casual fan for the time being.
