I was browsing some local venue websites today to see what shows are coming up. While looking at BB Kings Blues Club (New York City) I noticed an April 3 date for Death Angel, Vader, and Kreator! How fucking cool of a tour is that?

BB Kings has a ton of good shows coming up...

Tuesday 12/21/04 - BB Kings - Three Inches Of Blood, Infernal Majesty, Satyricon

Wednesday 2/16/05 - BB Kings - Devilinside, Misery Index, Cattle Decapitation, Behemoth, Suffocation

Sunday 2/27/05, Monday 2/28/05 - BB Kings - Soulfly and Morbid Angel

Sunday 3/20/05 - BB Kings - Single Bullet Theory, Into Eternity, Beyond The Embrace, Amorphis

Sunday 3/27/05 - BB Kings - Cattle Decapitation, Skinless, Cryptopsy

Sunday 4/3/05 - BB Kings - If Hope Dies, Death Angel, Vader, Kreator

Tuesday 4/19/05, Wednesday 4/20/05 - BB Kings - Black Dahlia Murder, Behemoth, Nile, King Diamond

Where the hell do you see a gay metalcore band!??!

KREATOR, VADER AND DEATH ANGEL. :headbang:

If this happens I'll be happy.

EDIT: Oh I see. It's just some gay band with an opening slot, I'm sure they're not on the main tour.

Lol yea bro, I think that's what it is too. So no worries.

This tour will slay! Hope it happens

It happening, BB Kings is reliable and always announces what tours are hitting there before an announcement is made by the band. I knew of Helloween planning their US tour almost a month and a half before they announced it last year.

Alright, I'm pretty fucken envious of this

Death Angel slayed on Wacken. I'm not a huge fan of some of their mid to late material, but they had really good stage presence, especially the vocalist. CAN'T fucking beat the crowd shout-along of KILL! AS! ONE! either. Fucking excellent. Unfortunately for them, the utmost excellence of Destruction on the same festival hindered them from claiming the "best thrash on Wacken 2004" award :p

You live in fucking Europe, you shouldn't be ALLOWED to complain. :p

Yeah, but when bands tour "Europe", they tour England, Germany, the Netherlands and France. IF they bother with Sweden at all, they're sure as fuck not coming into the Northern parts.

Still debating whether I should go to Dark Tranquillity/KREATOR in Stockholm later... It's actually probably a bit more of a hassle than it's worth...

But yeah, I'll stop complaining :p

BTW. Yes Satyricon is crappy (though I have to give it to them; they still play WALK THE PATH OF FUCKEN SORROW with utmost conviction and great atmosphere,) but if you don't see Infernäl Mäjesty when you have the chance, I'm going to be very disappointed in you.

Yeah, Destruction owned them. I'd like to add that Anthrax blew, as well. I find myself hating Anthrax more and more with each passing day.

Yes, I was at Wacken. :erk:

I didn't catch Anthrax (because theyære worthless), but I did see Death Angel! Almost made me push thrash metal up one slot on my "prefered genres" list.

I'll go to twenty shows if I can.
ROAD TRIP!

The Anaheim date is on the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL. What an awesome way to close out the year. Sadly, the SF date is two days before that–if it was a day or two afterwards instead, I could go see 'em twice. Oh well.

I hate all you Wacken people. All of you. I need to get to SOME festival this year.
