It has to be said that George Bush (both snr and jr) is an exceptionally stupid motherfucker. If I didn't live on Earth, I would find it funny that the leader of the most powerful nation on this planet is a good candidate for being one of the most stupid people on it.
But I do live on Earth and so it isn't too funny.
