Don't EVER order from....

Don't order from plastichead.com. They take forever to fulfill orders and...

I ordered MAYH and Morningrise from Candlelight Records through Plastichead.com. When I received my records they had been damaged from shipping. I contacted plastichead and they told me to return the records and I would be reimbursed for the shipping. I (finally after a month) got new copies of the records and when I contacted Darren about the reimbursement, he told me that it would be too expensive to credit my card and if it would be ok to send me promos. I declined the offer and told him that I would actually like my money (considering it cost me almost $30 US). Since then I have contacted them again and haven't heard ANYTHING regarding this.

So if you can help it don't give your money to these people. THEY SUCK!!!

i've had problems with them too. i ordered this mysterious opeth shirt from them (called "past through air" -- does anyone know anything about it?), and it just never came. i contacted them, no joke, FIVE MONTHS LATER, and they just said, oh, we don't have any more of those. uhhh...thanks for informing me!

Hmmm, I didn't have any problem with ordering a MAYH longsleeve from them a couple years ago. Got it in a couple weeks

Yeah Lina that shirt is nice, I got it from Shiva Int. down in Florida a while ago, http://www.blackmetalusa.com great place to order from but a little expensive.
