I see no problem with download round 3 - 5 songs off an album to check it out and see if it's worth buying. Mp3s are a great source of publicity as well, hell... I own over 50 cds and I would not have bought a single one if it were not for mp3s.
On the other hand, I do not agree with downloading full albums. I believe this to be disrespecting artists music, dedication and hard work. If you like the album, buy the fuckin album.
