Yeah, it took me a few tries to figure it out, too. The most important thing to remember is not to overcook the leaves. I did that my first 3 or 4 times and I didn't have much luck. Then finally I tried cooking them to just golden brown and the difference was night and day. You also need to use a fair amount of weed too, so maybe try using a little bit more next time.
