I don't think they intentionally plagiarised it. Plagiarising a big band like CoB intentionally is downright stupid.

It happens to every single musician (hell, every single artist) to come up with something that they think is totally original and totally awesome, and then realize, hey, fuck, someone did this already.

I wrote a intro song for my band a few months ago which I was pretty proud of, until I realized that it was exactly the same as living deadbeat's intro.. hell, even the same kind of lead synth was used.

I pity them because I remember last year: I had a riff and was totally proud of it, I thought it could be one of the coolest riffs in history. But when I wanted to show it to my band they were yust like: "Dude, this is 100 % Pantera".

So even I did not notice, although I have all Pantera-Albums (except CfH).

My point: laugh at them for being emos, not for stealing a riff

Well, my friends used to go to Motown night at a bar downtown, but stopped because its pretty much overcrowded with emo children now all under 16. Probably think its ironic and funny, like argyle vests, non of them know shit about motown.

Also, I personnaly consider metalcore a branch of emo.
