I recently had a very good friend completely kick my arse over wanting to give up on something....

I got what a I deserved but realised how a good kick in the arse is a really positive thing and probably something that is quite healthy when making music...

So if your ever find yourself in a bad place, call a mate that will tell you to "buy some concrete and harden the fuck up" its definitely a good thing.
