I could ban him from UM permanently, but the owner of UM is now dealing with him now so I'm leaving it to him. He simply forgot to set the forum specific ban that I asked him for, which is why jo jo made a brief reappearance. It should be taken care of now.

And with that, I think this thread can be put to rest.
