I'd like to call it Gerald, if that's okay with you. It's actually an Em9, with the 9th in the bass. Sounds great though.

oh yah, nevermind. i was thinking of the last chord you have in that progression. not the one.

edit * i shit, i just realised that i was reading it backwards. backwards though, it is the same chord that you have in your chord progression. i don't ever read tabs, so i don't even know what order (high on top or bottom) the strings are supposed to be in.

yah, its the tonic, fifth, and ninth...but, in heavy metal guitar lingo, its a powerchord, using the fifth as a tonic (even though in this chord, its not) for the next fifth. the term "stacked fifth" is just based on the position of the hands on the guitar. quite geeky to call it this...but fun...not even really fun.:erk:
