Without a doubt, I miss playing the old classic WD games like Vay and Lunar

As for Shining Force, I first played II and loved it. I never got to play the first one. But I did play Shining Force CD which was an amazing game. It was like two games in one since there were two heroes. If your a shining force fan, you missed out on one of the best in the series with that one.

SFCD is probably my favourite in the series, though it does lack the ability to randomly traverse the map, which is a shame.

Anyone else ever play SF3 on the Saturn?

Wasnt it more of a spiritual successor? Like a top down action/rpg? I dont remember there being a Shining Force 3. Or do i....lol.

I tend to lean more towards mmorpgs. I played Everquest for a long time and Dark Ages of Camelot.

I cannot wait for World of Warcraft.

I still own my SNES and Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy III, and Zelda: Link to the Past.

But man, I remember spending many weekends playing Shining Force 2.

Maybe next time I get some extra cash, I'll go out and buy a used Genesis console and SF2.
