I used to be a Slipknot fan, and I still listen to him on ocassion, and I have nothing against his voice, but in general, not the best place to post it. He's going to get the flamed the fuck out of him.

Yah, hence the word Pop and Metalcore. Nobody on these boards likes Metalcore, and those who do tend to stfu about it unless they want to get flamed by the magority of the board.

Except for me and Grim-ass, but I personally don't shove it down people's throats.

Yah, I have my momments of love for it, and I have some CD's (and Discography's )... but I mainly listen to pure metal, and I personally find it superior. Everyone is entitled to there opinion though. I just tend not bring Metalcore or Nu-Metal up on these boards as magority of the boards will flame you.

What I think is we need a Metalcore section where Metalcore fans can go without being bashed. It'll keep Metalcore fans out of the Metal area so they don't piss the Metal fans out and vice-versa.

Makes sense. They need discussion on all the genres seperatly, while keeping this one. But that'll eat up bandwidth.

Mmm... yah, but it seems Metalcore and Nu-Metal have stricktly bad stigma in the community, and it'd be smart to seperate that sort of discussion... it'll reduce flaming.
