Could be for a LOT of things, though certainly the core of Monster's offerings are job postings & Resume Search (the ability to access Monster's ginormous database of resumes). There's also Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - allows for a client to have a single place where ALL their recruiting efforts are funneled to (newspapers, job boards, recruiters, etc.) - Career Site Hosting (CSH) - which is a Monster-built, Monster-operated website seamlessly integrated into the client's own website; we just operate & run it for them, looks more professional. There's more, but those 4 are the big offerings.
