festival pier show

I went to opeths website and saw they were playing at penns landing festival pier on june 26th. I then went to the Penns Landing website and looked for shows but that June show was not listed. Also, that particular show did not have the red "Pre" that many of the others did. I plan on going there.

Hey guys, quick question for ya. If this is a tour with multiple bands, and this concert is on a Sunday... around what time do you think it will run from? Early afternoon to evening? The only reason I'm asking this stupid question is because my girlfriend's militantly controlling, Muslim father will flip if she's gone when he comes home from work, so I was trying to figure out if it would even be possible to take her.

I thought it was a saturday, sorry late and don't have a calendar in front of me. I assume it is in the afternoon. Probably over no later than 6 o'clock? Just guessing. if it is a night concert you may be screwed. I just got back from the bars so am a little buzzed.

I would go but I'll be at the Graspop Metal Meeting in Belgium durring the Philly show. I'll be at the Sayerville, NJ show instead as soon as I get back from Europe. I really hope Opeth is getting a decent amout of playing time. Other than SYL I could wipe my ass with this fest.

i would be attending the sayerville show too, but dude, they're probably going to play 3 songs, considering their length, and the amount of bands that have to play, so don't get your hopes up

I'm just gonna wait until they do another regular tour.

Yep, she's got pretty good taste in music for the most part. She likes Tori Amos, Opeth, Anathema, Porcupine Tree, Alice In Chains, and some other stuff. She leans more towards the moodier stuff than the purely heavy, but she does love to headbang on occasion.
