Anyway, first album I ever bought was Iron Maiden's Somewhere In Time, on cassette, back in 86. I still have the cassette!

After that I bought Live After Death (double cassette), and then Maiden Japan (vinyl), and still have them both too

as for the first purchase that actually mattered, twas Megadeth's Cryptic Writings. that sort've kicked off the whole metalhead phase. well, that and buying a guitar
