I think it is the best pan in the kitchen.
mine's cast iron. Heavy weight champion, but best wok i've ever had.

used pan in my house. I have 3

I don't like fishy-fish either.... fish that taste like fish are not good fish...
good fish are Yellow Tail, Tuna, Salmon, Halibut, Red Snapper... these are great fish without the :'fishy' flavor...
I hate Mackerel... it's bait fish anyways.

Once in a while when I'm in europe and in the mood, I'll have Herring and a brew, but just one.

Those fish sticks got me wanting some good old fashioned fish and chips. Probably my favorite food next to Gyros. Shit, I wish I had a long jhons silvers around here. Damn it, I get hungry for something I haven't had in years every time I come here!
