Meat of choice ( I like to mix cubed with ground)
jalapeno peppers
bell peppers
onions
deglaze with a nice, dark beer
diced tomatoes
purreed tomatoes
chili powder
Adobo seasoning
salt and pepper (duh)
cumin
coriander
chipolte powder
BROWN SUGER (add a little at a time and keep tasting)
let it simmer and reduce for a while
add some fresh cilantro at the end.
