I'm Jon(dur) and I worship at the unholy trinity of C's that is Candlemass, Celtic Frost and Carcass. Any other doomsters on here? Anyway if anyone cares other faves include: My Dying Bride, Morgion, Mourning Beloveth, Solstice, (early i.e. first two albums) Paradise Lost. For Death Metal I like all the old classics: Death, Morbid Angel, Entombed, Merciless, Grave, Unleashed, Autopsy plus the likes of Cryptopsy, Lykathea Aflame, Akercocke, Gorguts etc
Black metal I'm less fond of although again I'll always have a place in my (blackened) heart for the older classics like Darkthrone, Emperor, Burzum etc
My favourite nu-metal bands are those that don't play nu-metal.
Anyway, enough waffling.... DOOM ON!
