thats right in line with what they sold when they released we've come for you all, the hype around that record was huge because it had been 5 years since the last record and scott and charlie were saying it was the greatest anthrax record ever and blah blah, that album sold shit, and only had a few good songs, but those songs used 'ripped off' riffs from the ghosts of mars soundtrack they did, they just recycled riffs from that soundtrack. when they play in atlanta, only about 150-200 people show up, which is sad for a group who thinks they are a major force in metal

MOD- Based on my memory of pay...
USA 225,000 world wide units
Gross misconduct 200,000 world wide units
Rhyth of Fear 57,000 world wide units
Surfin ep. 85,000 world wide units
Devolution 45,000 world wide units
Dictated 27,000 world units
Rebel 6,000 in the states- Banned in the rest of the world

I only toured America in clubs 5 times over my entire career with MOD
and only 2 times in europe. I do not like to tour. I only do music to create.
I am more into helping out bands with production and advice in the music industry. Anthrax has tour more in the last year than I have in my entirety.
So there record sales should reflex growth. They don't.

Sound scan started in 91-Duh- and each store had to PAY into the system. Not very good for mom and pops store..
