I'm playing through Half-life 2 again, it's balanced so perfectly... and the pacing is spot on. Although I don't actually enjoy it as much as say Deus Ex, I think in an objective videogame sort of way, this is the perfect game.

Love that game. It kicks so much ass. I nicknamed my shotgun "The Pain" and yell TASTE MY PAIN!!! at random times.

Because of all of the hidden things that the extremely gay nature of the anime, etc. (hell, even the instruction booklets never mention anything about EV or IV training, and how breeding Pokemon works) keep from you. Maximizing stats and breeding competitive Pokemon for wireless battles is now an extremely common thing. The game isn't just for kids thinking Hyper Beam is the best move ever now.

Although, Misty pole-dancing would work too.

so I got an xbox360 recently and play a lot of Oblivion, Gears of War, FEAR. I used to play Dark Crusade a lot on my laptop, it was like the last good looking game it could handle...

Oblivion is a lot of fun, I made a Dark Elf assassin so sneaky that people can't even know where my strikes come from, it actually became a bit too easy. I beated FEAR in like a weekend. Fun game, but when you have played Gears of War before, it's actually missing something.

I also play Rome: Total War. Almost done with the Brutii campaign... but these greeks are a huge pain in the ass to exterminate.

There's a game coming out in a few months called "Mass Effect". It's basically a mix of Gears of War and Knights of the Old Republic, and your character is called the "Jack Bauer of Space" meaning you don't shy to use force to get to your objective (this game isn't only about shooting).

I'll probably buy Rainbow six Las Vegas soon, and connect my xbox on the internet to start playing live........ should be fun.
