I tried playing it to see if it was, but tbh, I really didn't like it all that much. I prefer Red Alert and Tiberiean Sun even >_>

Dude, Ruby is awful. Red and Silver, and pretty much all the original game boy and game boy color ones, are great. The GBA remakes of the originals are good, too.

I honestly haven't played a single video game in like a year or so. I'm not as big of a gamer as I was when I was like 10-14 years old. However, I do like a few of the GTA games, especially III and San Andreas, but I'm all about the old school Super Nintendo games. My favorite games are Donkey Kong Country 1, 2, and 3, Super Mario World, Star Fox, Super Punch Out, and Clayfighters. If only my god damn Super Nintendo wasn't broken! I also enjoy a few of the newer Nintendo games like Super Smash Bros. Melee and Mario Kart.

That's what all the critics say. That's what everyone else thinks. But Tiberian Sun...just turn the speed up, and it's plenty fun. I found starcraft nigh on unplayable - the units take far too much damage, die too quickly and you can only move 12 at a time. Sure, micro is a useful skill, but not when things automatically hit you. The only saving grave was an interesting plot.

To be honest, they are all the fucking same. The originals just have added nostalgia value.

Having never been a PC gamer, fps games hold little interest to me. Halo is gay. Goldeneye and Doom II were pretty fun back in the day.

In my non-gamer nerd opinion.

RTS > RPG > Sports games > Mario games > Guitar Hero > Adventure games (God of War, etc.) > FPS.

My nerdy opinion.

EDIT: This is in general, some games in one genre are better than games in another genre, like God of War is better than Madden.

Great RPGs make the best videogames. I also enjoy FPS a fair bit. Though I hate all those damn WWII FPS that flood the market. Bioshock comes out soon and it looks fucking godly.
