If people will pretend Inquisition is not too tier black metal just because the artist has some questionable moral principles, then metal, and especially black metal is not for you.

I haven't seen any black metal fan doubting in praising to no end bands like Dissection, Thorns or Emperor, whose members were actual criminals. Usual Hypocrisy.

IF I was going to criticise someone else for supporting a band when I thought there was a strong moral reason not to....

THEN I would probably make sure there was no other website on the internet that showed that I was the owner of multiple of the band's albums and that I had rated at least two of their albums 4 stars (including the one we were discussing).

.... but as I said this is merely a hypothetical, I don't think anyone would be stupid enough to do something like that.

that's beyond just support, that's profit. Telling other people to check out their work and praising the artist by listing his albums in your TOP/GREATEST/BEST lists is pretty much support. the only way ti support someone isnt just by putting your money in their pockets.
