Haha I had the same thing. I bought it on the recommendation of a friend a few years ago, and just had it in my cd player constantly for a month or so. I never really actively listened to it. Then one day I just suddenly became aware of it entirely and how supreme it was and it became one of my favourite albums ever.

Oh...and great to see you like Pink Floyd! My 2 favorites of theirs are probably Meddle and The Division Bell. Have you heard any of the solo albums?

yeah i pretty much adore all pink floyd. i take it you've heard/seen The Wall Live in Berlin? althought it's only Roger + guests instead of Pink Floyd that concert is probably the best of all time.

Yeah, it's dark all right...on one hand, I can see that many aspects of it are well-made, but I don't like much of what Roger Waters has done in his solo career.

Rick Wright did a fantastic one called Broken China. Imagine Pink Floyd with a bit of an electronic influence, sometimes even a bit like a softer Ayreon (although that's a loose description). I highly recommend it!
