I tried a new dough, here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
* 3 1/4 cups unbleached flour
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 1 cup warm water
* 1 envelope active dry yeast
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
It turned out dense and cracker-like, Cara really liked it , but it was different from the Wolfgang Puck recipe I normally use, found here >
http://www.wolfgangpuck.com/recipedetail.php?Alias=RE_WP0096 which is lighter and airy. but ALSO that's the first time I've stretched a dough out to 14", since I just got a new pizza pan ^^. Normally the pizzas I make with the Wolfgang Puck dough are pretty small, so the crust is thicker. Still , it didn't rise as much... ANYWAY
I think david wrote down a recipe from the tidbits of knowledge I passed on, but I don't use recipes for such things, I just throw it together, but on that.. uhhhhh
