Andy, what is your position on mixing or working with unsigned bands? Is this something you do, or something you avoid? What is your criteria for working with a band. How should someone in an unsigned band approach you if they are serious about having you mix their material and are aware of the cost involved? Do you accept unsolicited material and if so where should it be sent?

I don't as a rule. It's got to a point where I have to be choosy about what I do and the only unsigned stuff I do now is either pre prod on an album I'm going to be doing or friends I'm helping out. Sorry. I always try and listen to stuff I've been sent, but again it's finding the time...
