What was worse was the Eminem commercial promoting Detroit's pseudo urban renaissance. This city is a gobble gobble clit of urban decay. 30% of the populace are government workers, another 30% is on the dole, with the remaining denizens manning the 6,000+ Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles that litter the city. The mayor has recently proposed razing a good portion of the city and allocating the land to agriculture. Detroit's been hyping it's turn around on a couple scant condominium projects built along the river front. Yea, that's going to turn that white flight/black height arm pit around!
