It's the damn internet connection that works only when it wants to. That's why the year of absence again... not to mention monetary issues. Dang it.

@lamia: welcome, err, back. to be honest, i don't remember you, but maybe you were here under a different nick (your post count for this one is still at 1). :) as for where everybody went... why don't you name a few names, maybe we know what horrible doom befell on them. ;)

well, lamia mentioned one year of absence. possibly they were on the other forum; that's why their post count is still at 1. am i correct?

@Rahvin - actually _I_ do remember _you_... I've used this nick for a few years already, but the damn system keeps deleting my nick & password while I'm gone (it'll be deleted if yo won't show up in, like, a month or so) and I have to restart it over and over again.

The "old chaps":lol: i was looking for were for example Atlantis (remember her taking a trip to Sweden when I last was to the DTq forum...) and the Russian guys... who were they again?

atlantis is living in denmark now, and she doesn't have much time to post or stay online at all, but she does reappear from time to time. i have a vague recollection about someone from russia, but my days on the old board where few and far-between, unless you're referring to those even older times when i was busy discussing dt lyrics with jeroen for 8 pages a day. :lol:

@lamia: as you can see hearse is trying to distinguish himself as "most sex-crazed" poster on all of ultimatemetal. he's doing pretty well so far: very few female posters have escaped his attentions. :)

I just came to think of it. As it has been a year since my last visit to the DTq board, that must've been in the ez back then, right? So it was the ez that kept deleting my nicks. Hope this one lasts even if I'm away a while! :)

Yeah, I'll be going to Tuska... only I can't make it until saturday - I have to be at work until 4 PM Friday and even if I got to the next train to Helsinki it would be at least 7 PM before I got to the festival area... bugger. I suppose you'll be heading there too?

Tho I don't think the band list is that great this year...:s

i wasn't on the ezboard. not in the sense that i might have gone wrong there - i simply did not post here. i'm 6 years old, i couldn't write at the time.
