I need a new job like you read about...

how about some delivery job ... like UPS, FedEx, etc ... you seem to like to go places to take shit away ... how about bringing stuff to people :loco:
drive around, meet new people, kind of like being your own boss ... actually Fedex has some program that pays per delivery and pickup made ... so if you are a hustler type, good moolah.

I actually considered taking some traingin toward being an EMT recently. Just to learn about it and possibly doing it part time.

HAHAHHAHA!!! Good one!

I actually went to FedEx and WB Mason to see if they have any openings right now but nuttin'. I seriously would love a job like that to be honest. Just have to strike when the iron is hot and get lucky. FedEx is supposed to be a great company to work for.

to clarify.... my middle of nowhere, I mean on the outskirts of a small/medium sized town. Something where I'm about 5 mins from my neighbours, yet town is only 30 mins away. Lotta that around here.

yard? ... hahaha ... driveway with a garage in the back.

actually this house has a decent yard, just because it is located at the end of the block on a curve ... but the adjecent ones ... nada.

cable tv installer? :loco:

Unfortunately, the world we live in nowadays provides little opportunity for that to be an option for a lot of people. Since the whole women's liberation movement/civil rights movement.......

our current situation is the result of hard work (on my wifes part) and planning. although anders was a surprise we were "ready" financially. meaning, with our low-impact lifestyle we can easily live off my one income for as long as we want, which will probably be until the boy's in pre-school. we make informed decisions and avoid impulse. we live in an architectural-award-winning house in downtown nashville but drive two ten year old cars. we dont have cable, electronic gadgets, and shit like that but have high-end modern-style furniture. theres always a trade-off. unless youre rich. which we're not. we both come from poor families. my wife was "church poor" in the deep south.
anyway, i totally agree with your statement.

seriously, just check out one of their seminars if you can. they will let you take the software home and try it out for a week or two before they actually train you on how to make money. then you'll go back to another seminar and that's where they will train you. and your area, like Houston, will most likely have group meetings on different strategies people use.

I'm telling you truthfully, I want my wife to be a stay-at-home-mom, so i've already put into motion J's Super Master Make Money Plan So The Wife Can Stay At Home When We Have Kids Plan. The Forex is the key. She's a finance major, and while she's at home, she can be working the forex.

The cost of living down here is probably a lot less than it is up there, but in down-here-dollars, there was an appliance specialist who was on target to make $87,000 last year. I've heard of some specialists in super rich areas pull in over a $100,000 easy. It's all in your demographic. The Lowes I work at more middle to middle-upper class, so naturally i'll have less big sales. But the dudes in The Woodlands store (where I want to transfer) pull in a lot more high end sales. It's a story of quality over quantity.

Appliance specialst is really the most desired position in the store, because it has the best chances of making a big check. I was lucky to be hired as one, and as it turns out, I'm pretty damned good at it.

awwww... I wanted to see reign in acai argue women belong in the kitchen as baby and dinner factories. [j/k dude]

They don't "belong" there. But there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. :)

haha, we agree there then. If they WANT to stay in the kitchen, well... as long as its financially feasible thats A-OK. But they should have that choice :p

You know I still love you (in a hetero fashion) despite our differing viewpoints :p

It's kinda cool when men do all the kitchen work. For example my uncle Ed, he works full time as an engineer for an airplane company, comes home and does all the cooking, etc. apparently my aunt tried, but he's just plain better. and his food does indeed rule!

their* = there, fucking typos.

No worry mate, we can argue about suicide, terrorists, gays, care crew bias, vaginal femjack. At the end of the day there's no hard feelings. Why? Because this is a heavy metal forum my friend.
