I need Canadians help! Studying in Canada... (FTR, Icon of Sin...)

Alright so I think might be moving to Canada to study this year. So my search on where to study has just started.

So far I'm thinking either something in Alberta or Ottawa because that's where I have some friends that I know.

So what do you recommend? Is Alberta ok? or should I decide to look for Universities and Colleges in Ottawa?

Anything you can tell me about Canada would be appreciated! Thanks!

Tough to say, ive been to each once. Ottawa is okay, but I found it boring, Alberta is filled with wannabe cowboys and Nickleback.

I am biased, but I think Montreal is the best city, at least I like it a lot. We get lots of good concerts here too, and it's only like an hour away from Ottawa. And there are like four universities here.
